MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Mindful Movement is a 60-minute, all-levels class that combines functional strength and power training with nervous system regulation. Each class starts with grounding and mobility work, builds into focused strength training, and finishes with guided meditation. This class is offered in a supportive, non-judgmental space that emphasizes strength, capability, and body respect.

WOMEN’S GROUP TRAINING

Our Women's Group Training sessions provide a supportive and empowering environment tailored specifically for women. Led by an experienced female trainer, these classes focus on strength, endurance, and overall wellness, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
